Services Provided

Sytedrone offers Visual Building & House Inspection and Property Listing Photo and Video Services using drone technology and high-quality cameras. All services are designed to provide clear, detailed visuals for real estate marketing and property maintenance. Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, site accessibility, regulatory flight restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Booking and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. If a session must be postponed due to weather, safety concerns, or regulatory restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Client Responsibilities

Clients confirm they have the legal right or permission to authorize aerial operations over the property. The site must be safe, accessible, and prepared for the scheduled service. Any special requests (including branding, music, or specific shots) should be communicated before the scheduled session to allow proper planning.

Delivery and Revisions

Final media products, including photos and videos, will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. One round of basic revisions is included. Additional edits or revisions may be subject to extra fees, which will be discussed before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upfront before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process. Late or missing payments may result in delayed scheduling or delivery.

Usage Rights

Clients receive full rights to use the final media, including photos and videos, for real estate marketing, property management, and related promotional purposes. Sytedrone reserves the right to use produced media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Sytedrone is not liable for delays, rescheduling, unusable footage, or any damages resulting from causes outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, airspace restrictions, or client site conditions.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during service booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data collection and usage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
